The Ohm symbol represents Truth. This powerful mantra is the sacred sound of the Universe and is used in meditation to align the body, mind and spirit. When people sound Ohm together, they are aligning with one another and with the Universe. The Ohm mantra is pronounced with three sounds: “aaah”, ”oooh”, “mmm”. The three sounds represent the three Hindu Gods: Brahma (creator), Vishnu (sustainer), and Shiva (destroyer).
