Solar Plexus Chakra

The Solar Plexus is the center of motivation and the seat of self-esteem and expression of personal power.  This chakra connects us with the energy to take action.  When the Solar Plexus Chakra is balanced, one achieves personal goals, is self-confident and has strong motivation and direction.  Balance is achieved through finding harmony between the upper three and lower three chakras.
